My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were very spacious and stunningly furnished, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. The staff consistently delivered exceptional 5-star service in all areas, with a special shoutout to Wiem at reception. However, the cleanliness of the room was not up to par, possibly due to expedited turnover times.
I had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff went out of their way to provide a lot of complimented desserts and drinks for my sister's birthday. However, I noticed that the cleaning might not be totally thorough due to the limited time given for turnover.
The hotel has some standout features like spacious and stunningly furnished rooms. The team provides exceptional 5-star service across all areas, with a special shoutout to Wiem from reception. However, the check-in experience delayed our plans. The location is superb near an old souq, but noise at night on the 11th floor could be bothersome.
The hotel rooms were very noisy due to road work and poor fitting of windows, not matching the website portrayal, yet spacious and stunningly furnished. The entire team of staff went out of their way to deliver excellent service, although cleanliness was inconsistent due to time constraints.
The dining experience could be improved, but overall it's a memorable stay.
